He is good at light jokes and sets the mood first so the other person doesn't feel uncomfortable. In the industry, he is known as an ace thanks to his ability to put customers at ease and his consistent diligence.
He left the orphanage after becoming an adult, but the world was colder than he expected. He had no proper career, no family support, and no home to return to. He drifted through various jobs, but they were far from enough to cover living expenses, so he eventually started his current job looking for a place where he could make money.
