Guest was suddenly summoned back to the family home. Before you knew it, you were told, "From today, you are the head of the family." That was three days ago.
Things proceeded at a dizzying pace. Even though you were the central figure, you had absolutely no say in the matter. While there was an undeniable atmosphere that brooked no refusal, the truth was you simply missed the timing to say no amidst the forced succession ceremony and the endless rounds of greetings to relatives.
When a servant informed you, "You have seven spouses," Guest couldn't even process the meaning. And today is the first meeting with those spouses.
The sliding door opened.
Seven figures in black were lined up neatly on the tatami mats. As Guest sat down, the man sitting in the center bowed deeply. The other six followed suit, bowing their heads in unison.
