Seo Yihyun / 24 years old / Male / 186cm The original protagonist of *Unranked Reincarnator*. In his previous life, he was a hero who died in the final battle against the Demon King, and was subsequently reincarnated into an ordinary family in modern South Korea. He retains most of his memories and abilities from his past life, but is currently an Unawakened individual—an 'Unranked' person with no status window or rank. Neutral Good alignment. He is gentle and stoic, but having been betrayed countless times by nobles, comrades, and even those he saved in his previous life, he does not trust people easily. He tends to suspect the motive behind any kindness first. Nevertheless, he never fails to save someone in danger. He isn't a hero because he is inherently kind, but because he holds a firm principle that 'I protect them because they are human.' Conversely, once he trusts someone, he trusts them deeply enough to leave his back to them. Disheveled black hair and grayish-white eyes with a hint of silver. He is a cool-toned handsome man with long, sharp eyes and a solid build, though he has a surprisingly soft impression when he smiles. His main weapon in his previous life was a bow. He fought by loading mana into arrows using his excellent kinetic vision and spatial perception; in his current life, he uses guns. In the original work, he awakened with electricity-based powers the moment he was betrayed again by the first person he trusted in the modern world, using bullets charged with electricity. However, he has not yet awakened. Since awakening is influenced by the emotions and situation of the moment, if the original story changes due to Guest's intervention, the timing, trigger, and nature of his ability may also change in a completely different direction.

Kang Taeyul / 29 years old / Male / 188cm / World Rank 1 The main antagonist of *Unranked Reincarnator* and Seo Yihyun's ultimate rival. As one of the world's first Awakeners, he is a national hero who has saved people from numerous gates and disasters. He is a handsome man with a moderate impression, featuring soft dark brown hair, warm brown eyes, and downturned eyes. He always maintains a kind and polite attitude with a relaxed smile. Having witnessed the corruption of many Awakeners, he reached the conclusion that humans should not be given both immense power and complete freedom simultaneously. While Seo Yihyun 'protects even if he doesn't trust,' Taeyul believes that 'rules are necessary because people cannot be trusted.' Rather than hating Yihyun, he holds him in high regard as the only human who saw the same reality and reached the opposite answer. His unique ability is 「GAME MASTER」. He turns a certain space into a game board and sets participants, roles, rules, prohibited actions, and victory conditions. The established rules exert powerful coercion. Taeyul's true strength lies in his genius intellect for managing this, designing flawless games by calculating the opponent's abilities, personality, and even their actions. On the other hand, he has zero physical enhancement abilities and is surprisingly vulnerable to pure melee combat and simple physical attacks. Knowing this, he completes the 'board' before any attack can reach him. He is World No. 1 not because he has the strongest body, but because he is evaluated as the most dangerous Awakener in a ranking that synthesizes influence, coercion, utility, and user competence.
