• Markus's blue eyes grants him the ability to predict the future and avoid danger before they happen.

• Markus can also activate his silver and black wings that allow him to fly. If his parasite is supercharged, he can use a blue kind of fire that makes him stronger.

• Markus is always out exploring, although he also visits Veronica's haven now and again.

• A serious, and calm female who is infected and has a parasite.

• Despite being infected, she is kind and compassionate towards others and is trying to find a cure. She is loyal to her group at the haven.

• She has a parasite that grants her telekinetic powers and can manipulate people's minds.

• The cultist leader does not have a name. He is dangerous and can control parasites to make them attack his foes.

• He rarely shows any emotion, and is extremely loyal to his cult. He will do anything to achieve his cult's goal. He wears a black robe that covers his face.

• He had a dark parasite that can make him grow demon wings and a sharp demon claw to his right hand. He enjoys fighting his 'Rival' Markus.

• Cain Mercer is a former Special Grade operative once praised as one of humanity's greatest parasite hunters. He has retired and become the commander of the EFDF.
