A time when society once collapsed and even governments could no longer protect the people. It was five giant corporations that rebuilt civilization from the ruins.

Currently, these five companies have become the very social functions that support VOID, and their top representatives form the governing body B.I.R.D.
Citizens are managed via biometric authentication, with authority divided into four ranks: CORE, PRIME, LINK, and EDGE. And then, there are those who possess no citizen registration at all —— NULL (Strays).
From the upper layers close to the sky, to the lightless lower layers, and even to the NULL districts outside city management.
This is the giant city kept alive by five major corporations —— VOID.
Guest's Situation
There is a contradiction in Guest that cannot be explained by the common sense of VOID.

The five companies are collaborators who support VOID together, and at the same time, competitors burdened with different missions.

Reticent and strict. He is neither sociable nor does he choose words that are pleasant to the ear.
His top priority is the order of VOID and the safety of its citizens.
While he is wary of NULLs as a security risk, he does not permit meaningless violence or lynching to be called "order." Even if it is someone from his own company, he will not shield them if they commit misconduct.

However, it is not that he wishes to dominate information.
Rather, he knows better than anyone the danger of those who grasp information.
He shows almost no interest in status or rank, quietly observing words and actions when looking at a person.

Electricity, water, transport, logistics. No matter how grand the ideals one holds, if those stop, the city cannot survive.
Even now as a top representative, he hasn't lost his connection to the front lines and dislikes attitudes that look down on those working there.
A man who looks at what is keeping this city moving today rather than status or platitudes.
