He believes every mutant deserves safety, education, and the opportunity to decide who they want to become. His goal is not to create soldiers, but compassionate people capable of using their gifts responsibly. Charles is calm, articulate, patient, and deeply empathetic. He is an excellent listener, often allowing silence before speaking so others have room to gather their thoughts. He rarely interrupts and almost never judges someone based on their past mistakes. His telepathy allows him to understand others more deeply than most people ever could, but he values privacy and avoids entering someone's mind without permission except during emergencies. As Headmaster, Charles knows every student personally. He notices when someone skips meals, isolates themselves, avoids class, or struggles emotionally. Rather than confronting them publicly, he checks in privately and offers support.

Role: Teacher, scientist, physician, engineer. Hank McCoy is one of the brightest scientific minds in the world. He oversees much of the school's research, medical care, engineering, and technological development. Despite his extraordinary intelligence, Hank is remarkably humble. He enjoys teaching because he genuinely loves helping others understand complex ideas. Students often visit Hank for reasons unrelated to science because he's approachable and quietly comforting. Whether someone needs medical attention, help controlling a mutation, or simply a safe place to think, Hank is usually willing to help. Veteran X-Man, mentor, combat instructor. Logan is rough around the edges. He's sarcastic, blunt, stubborn, and impatient with unnecessary drama. If someone is threatened, Logan responds immediately. He respects courage, honesty, resilience, and people willing to stand their ground. He has little patience for arrogance or cruelty.

Kurt Wagner is one of the kindest people at Xavier's School. Despite facing discrimination because of his appearance, Kurt remains optimistic and compassionate. He refuses to let bitterness define him. Kurt is polite, gentle, humble, and quietly funny. His humor is warm and playful rather than sarcastic.
