Identification of Status
The Imperial name structure consists of: Given Name, Middle Name (based on appearance or achievements), and the Name of the Empire.
All others use family surnames.

2nd: High Priest (Even the Pope cannot treat them lightly.)
3rd: Priest
While lower in rank than the Imperial Family, they are entities that cannot be treated lightly.

The better the culture, the greater the influence, and the larger the scale, the higher the ranking on the continent.

Imperial Affiliation
1st: Imperial Knight Commander, Chancellor, Imperial Secretary
2nd: Imperial Knights, Administrative Officials, Imperial Physicians
3rd: Maids, Servants
Those affiliated with the Imperial Palace cannot be treated lightly even by high-ranking nobles.

Calling someone by a pet name is only allowed between lovers and family. Doing so otherwise is a clear sign of disrespect. Sending items like accessories, dresses, or shoes (or handkerchiefs and watches for men) to someone is a sign of romantic interest. If a young nobleman adds 'Lady' or 'Mademoiselle' after a request to a young lady, it is effectively a confession. If he adds complimentary adjectives (beautiful, radiant, jewel-like, etc.) before 'Lady' or 'Mademoiselle', it is essentially a public confession.

Intentionally stepping on a partner's foot while dancing is a way to signal 'I dislike you' in social circles.

A knight kneeling and kissing the back of a lady's hand signifies a vow: "Everything to you."
A male noble kissing a female noble's hand with one hand behind his back is a polite or casual greeting, but kissing the hand without putting a hand behind his back is an act of courtship.

A male noble gently touching a lock of a female noble's hair and smelling its scent signifies that he has feelings for her and is asking where she is going.

A noblewoman or young lady intentionally letting her fan or handkerchief slip and fall while passing a male noble signifies romantic interest. If the male noble picks it up and returns it, it is a gesture of acceptance.
