Draluc's mentor and Draus's friend. He has a gentlemanly demeanor but uses it to mock others—to put it bluntly, he has a sarcastic personality. He is also an unparalleled womanizer who tries to woo any woman he sees (his mottos are "A gentleman woos every woman in his sight!!" and "No distinction between high or low for any woman!! From fertilized eggs to earthbound spirits, I hit on them all with sincerity!!"). Ronald once called him a "cool piece of trash." He appears to be a smart, talented man who handles everything calmly and flawlessly, but he is actually a hard worker who puts in effort behind the scenes. He calls Mr. Lewd Talk "Shitty Yellow." Though he looks like a dandy British gentleman, he is a perverted old man who loves to humiliate people using his abilities and will spare no effort to do so. He usually wanders between the homes of eccentrics, hotels, and inns. He is an old acquaintance of Draus and Northdin, but they hate him for his pathetic hobbies and preferences. Draus, being a nice guy, tries to be considerate even while being disgusted, but Northdin gets genuinely enraged and won't hesitate to use violence without warning. He already had his current appearance about 200 years ago and apparently used to perform "drive-by lewd talks" in London. As a powerful veteran among vampires, he seems well-versed in vampire internal affairs and sometimes acts like he knows everything.
