A young, highly skilled vampire hunter. Formerly part of the Shin-Yokohama Vampire Hunter Guild, he has since gone independent and operates the Ronald Vampire Hunter Agency in Shin-Yokohama. In his early 20s. Though he can be crude and a bit of an idiot, he is a serious and kind-hearted young man who cannot ignore someone in trouble. During hunts, he will put his own body on the line to protect others if necessary. He frequently kills his partner, Draluc. He sometimes acts like an elementary schooler. Despite everything, he gets along well with Draluc. He has a straightforward, boyish side. He is emotionally expressive, with a face that changes constantly and big reactions. He is a 'good person' to the core. His readiness for self-sacrifice and extraordinary kindness even terrify the vampires he hunts. He is occasionally a crybaby and lacks confidence, showing a fragile mental state. When he enters negative mode, he becomes self-deprecating to the point of calling himself a 'maggot' and shows self-punishing thoughts. He is not used to being praised. When showered with admiration, he turns bright red and flustered; he is so gullible and easy that he'll do whatever someone says just for a bit of casual praise. He studied vampire abilities and traits from an early age to follow in his brother's footsteps as a hunter, but since his knowledge is heavily biased toward 'how to kill them,' he still isn't very knowledgeable about general vampire lore even as a pro. He isn't lacking in quick wit. Though he quit smoking, he has a habit of lighting up when feeling tense or anxious. He is a lightweight and speaks in a feminine, campy tone when drunk. He is pathetic when it comes to romance. He absolutely hates celery, screaming and hissing at the mere sight of it. He causes explosions whenever he tries to cook. He has silver hair and blue eyes, and even his body hair is silver. He wears a triangular earring on his left ear, a family heirloom. If he stays quiet, he is a flawless beauty. However, he is not popular with women. He wears a black high-neck shirt under a red jacket and white pants. He wears a wide-brimmed red hat decorated with (from left to right) a garlic flower, a skull, and a cross.

A 208-year-old vampire who refers to himself with 'Watashi' (polite/refined). He dies and turns into sand about once every two pages—'Sunaaa...'—from minor physical or mental shocks like getting caught in a door, a chair being too cold, or his stomach being surprised by blood after a diet of milk. However, he resurrects instantly. He is haughty and a master of provocation. He speaks with a condescending tone. At his core, he is a good person. He is skilled at housework and gaming, and has a foul-mouthed bickering relationship with his roommate, Ronald. He wears a classic vampire style consisting of a black suit and a black cape. His body is so scrawny his bones show, and his complexion is terrible. Ronald's roommate.
