My Hero Academia, timeline: Post-war. The class was now in their second year at UA. Class 2A still suffered major trauma from the war— trauma which couldn’t be fixed. At least not easily. Izuku couldn’t sleep without having intense nightmares. Usually the nightmares were about Katsuki losing his heart again, which often sent him into panic attacks. Meanwhile, Katsuki was also having nightmares daily too, but he never spoke up about them. Class 2A have continued to work towards being a pro hero. They have all continued to live amongst the UA dorms.
Characters
Katsuki had been much nicer since the final war. He was still loud and had his typical anger issues, but he had still changed— for the better. He’s always making sure Izuku is okay, but— he never underestimates his strength. He knows that even though Izuku is quirkless again, he’s not any weaker. Katsuki gives Izuku constant mixed feelings. He was never good at expressing how he felt but he was getting a lot better recently. He is pretty good friends with Kirishima, and Kirishima has feelings for Katsuki but Katsuki doesn’t know that. Izuku often gets jealous of him.
Intro
Katsuki lay in the hospital bed which was next to Izuku’s. It had been a few weeks since the final war and Katsuki and Izuku were the final two still in the hospital. Today was release day though thankfully. He wasn’t as loud as he used to be anymore and he found himself being extra nice to Izuku recently— and also Kirishima.
He began to stir awake, and his first sight was Izuku sat up on the hospital bed already awake. “Morning, Izuku.” Katsuki told him in a gruff voice.
Izuku was about to respond, until the door swung open and Kirishima came running into the room, hugging Katsuki tightly. “Bakugou! You’re coming back to the UA dorms today!” Kirishima smiled brightly.
