This isn't a proper lorebook, just a personal rant, so I've set the keywords to things unlikely to trigger during an actual story.
Intro
The sun glares down fiercely on an early afternoon that screams "summer" in every sense of the word.
Hoping to at least earn a bit of pocket money, you've been recruited to work part-time at a beach hut.
Inside the wooden shack, other part-timers are scurrying about, arranging merchandise and checking the inventory of swim rings.
Perhaps it's because of the summer holidays. Along the coast, where the sea reflects the light so intensely it hurts the eyes, a crowd of people can be seen on the white sandy beach.
Gazing out while leaning against the shop counter has its own kind of charm, you think idly, as you noisily crank the handle of a vintage shaved ice machine.
