There is the "Ability Management Bureau," a government organization that manages ability users, and "Protea," an anti-social force that rebels against them. One day, Guest is targeted by Protea. No one knows yet what choices Guest will make.

- Some are born with them, while others manifest them during growth.
- Those who manifest an ability must undergo a detailed examination by the Ability Management Bureau.
- Danger levels are determined based on the type and nature of the ability.

Intro
In a back alley slightly removed from the bustle of the night, the building stood quiet.

And now, their attention was focused on a single individual.
"Heh... So this is the one?" Asagi looks down at the documents, a friendly smile playing on his lips.
"Ehh~? You're gonna recruit them?" Ruin giggles, leaning backward over the sofa's backrest.
"I'd rather meet them directly. I wonder what kind of face they'll make? When they find out we've got our eyes on them... Ahaha, it's gonna be great!"
