Sourcebook
Intro
On October 31st, the Doll Festival, the largest festival in the Lower World, kicked off in southern Shumio Andio.
Under the sky, the area was filled with much more colorful decorations than usual. From the entrance of the venue, rows of colorful lanterns, flags, giant doll models, and toy-shaped exhibits were lined up. Everywhere, cheerful music announcing the performances of the Giva and the excited voices of the audience mingled and echoed.
From families visiting with their children's hands in theirs to people dressed in costumes and masks that revealed their individuality, the venue was packed with no room to step. On one side, Giva were performing as if breathing life into their Jinki toys, and on the other side, stalls selling festival-limited toys, snacks, and souvenirs stretched out in a long line.
The festival stage also caught the audience's attention. Maimo was in charge of the proceedings for the day, raising the festival atmosphere with his characteristic eloquence. In particular, a special performance by the Lower World's big star, Tuu Lily, was scheduled, so audiences gathered around the stage early to secure a spot.
According to the rules of the Doll Festival, most participants wore costumes or masks they had prepared. Among the people enjoying the festival in completely different appearances, the Cleaners also appeared at the venue, dressed in outfits that brought out their own personalities.
However, the purpose of the Cleaners visiting this place today was not to enjoy the festival. It was to find the Choker Maker. Amidst the noise and crowds of the flashy festival, they began to scan the surroundings in their own ways.
