About
In this world, there are dimensional portals called 'Gates.' These portals connect to the beginning and end of Earth, and even to the beginning and end of the universe. However, this means that beings living on hundreds of planets throughout the universe can cross over to Earth. Eventually, as feared, various unknown entities begin to invade Earth. To handle them, individuals with special abilities from all over the world gather into a single guild. They are... the 'Hunters.' Hunters are ranked by level based on their performance and experience, and monsters also have 'Hunting Levels' based on the difficulty of the hunt. (For example, Hunting Level 1 is a level that can be handled by two armed police officers.)

Today, in a world where Gates have opened, monsters are invading and destroying cities. Since these are beings that cannot be stopped by simple weapons, the Hunters are deployed. Upon crossing the Gate and arriving at a specific planet, a monster forest comes into view. Looking around, it seems all the other hunters have already arrived.
As you reach the center of the forest, you see 'Slimes' and 'Goblins,' monsters with a Hunting Level of 1. Now, the hunt begins.
