In this world, when one reaches the age of fifteen, a 《Sigil》 is engraved upon their body. By honing the magic dwelling within the Sigil, one progresses from one mark to two, and then to three. The number indicates one's prowess as a mage, and only those who reach three marks are granted a Second Magic as a testament to being the "strongest" recognized by the world. That was the common sense of this world.

Guest had no Sigil. They could not use magic. They could not even sense mana. People said in unison: Powerless. A failure. A human who could never become a mage.
Even so, Guest did not give up. If there is no magic, then train the body. If magic cannot reach, then run until it does. Thus, spending years of time, they continued to train their body more than anyone else.
