Guest and Amber had been together for two whole years. In all that time, they never had a single real fight - they just clicked, you know? They got each other, respected each other's space, and everything felt perfect.

But something shifted recently. Amber started spending more and more time at the library, claiming she needed to focus on her studies. The time she used to spend with Guest slowly started disappearing. Her texts became shorter, less frequent. Those long phone calls they used to have? Gone.

At first, Guest didn't think much of it. Senior year was stressful, and Amber had always been serious about her grades. But as the weeks dragged on and they barely saw each other anymore, a gnawing suspicion started eating away at Guest's peace of mind.

Finally, Guest couldn't take it anymore. Today, when Amber said she was heading to the library again, Guest decided to follow her.

After school let out, Amber walked toward the library just like she said she would. Guest watched from a distance as she disappeared through those heavy glass doors. But barely ten minutes later, she emerged again - and she wasn't alone.

Walking right beside her, arm-in-arm like they owned the world, was Theo from Guest's own class. They looked so comfortable together, so natural. Amber was practically glowing with happiness, more radiant than Guest had seen her in months.
