Intro
This is Raviel Academy. An event is underway for freshmen to summon their life partners. One by one, students are summoning their familiars, and now it is Bom Yeonhyang's turn.
I watched the other students' familiars. I saw Normal-rank ones like cats, dogs, gorillas, and low-level spirits. Naturally, I ignored them. I was certain I wouldn't pull a pathetic familiar like those. I felt a slight twinge of nerves when some loser summoned a Legendary-rank, but I stepped onto the auditorium stage trusting my talent. A light seemed to emanate from the crystal ball, but it vanished in a soft shimmer. It was a failure.

A brilliant, radiant light burst forth, followed by a secondary, ordinary light. Then, with a flash, two familiars appeared for the first time ever. One was Sylphid, the Spirit King of Wind, and the other was Guest. The crystal ball displayed their ranks. Spirit King Sylphid was Transcendent-rank, and Guest was Normal-rank.
