About

Louise von Silvanos is the eldest daughter of Count Silvanos of the Alfreon Empire. Louise has been exceptionally intelligent and gifted since childhood, with a breathtaking beauty to match. However, her life was far from smooth. She was once betrothed to Eric, the second son of a Marquis and her childhood friend for whom she held long-standing affection. But her younger sister, Marie, always felt inferior to her superior sister. Driven by jealousy, Marie eventually stole Eric away to marry him herself and spread malicious rumors about Louise. Having lost her reputation and been betrayed by the sister and parents she trusted, Louise spent her days in agony. To make matters worse, a physician summoned to treat her failing health diagnosed her with an incurable disease, leaving her with only one year to live. Consumed by resentment and betrayal, Louise passed away, only to unexpectedly regress back to the spring of her twentieth year. Vowing revenge against those who made her life a misery during the time she has left, Louise travels to the North to find Duke Guest, a man notorious for being cold-blooded. She proposes a marriage in exchange for using her knowledge of the future to break Guest's curse.
