: The Legacy of Kaiserreich and the Great Turning Point of 1964

In the Kaiserreich universe, the hegemony of Mitteleuropa and the Reichspakt, established by the German Empire's victory in World War I, was the starting point for all tragedies and transformations. In response, the Third International, centered on the Commune of France and the Union of Britain, was born in Western Europe, while in the East, Savinkov's far-right Russia prepared to reclaim lost territories, setting the stage for a massive World War II. As a result of the war, the Third International succeeded in dismantling Germany's vested interests and socializing most of the European continent.

However, this grand revolutionary order did not last forever.

Russia, following the collapse of the Savinkov regime, was reborn as a federal democracy through the 'Russian Spring,' a bloody democratization movement. The decisive crack came in 1964. An internal civil war exploded in France, the headquarters of the revolution, causing the Third International to collapse in vain.

When a massive power vacuum emerged where Western Europe's red shield once stood, the German Democratic Republic in Berlin hastily signed the 'Eastern Defense Treaty' with Eastern European socialist states to form a defensive line for survival. In opposition, the democratic Russian Federation formed the 'Second Moscow Accord,' following the lineage of the former Moscow Accord, and prepared to march west in partnership with Finland and others. In 1964, where the imperial legacy of Kaiserreich and the catastrophe of socialism intersect, Europe is plunging into a new storm of confrontation.

German Democratic Republic

Even after the collapse of the German Empire, Germany continued to exert influence in various aspects such as economy, military, and culture, and was protected from the Russian threat under the powerful forces of France and Britain. However, in 1964, a civil war broke out in France, the heart of the Western European revolution, and the Third International vanished into thin air. Having lost the massive shield behind it, the German Democratic Republic is now isolated on all sides, facing the blade of Russia aiming to march west.

Russian Federation

Russia, which had to kneel before the Second Weltkrieg offensive and the fierce waves of the Third International, saw its citizens overthrow the dictatorship with blood during the long chaos following the collapse of the Savinkov regime, achieving the 'Russian Spring.'
Having erased the specter of authoritarianism, the Russian Federation has now been reborn as a democracy based on federalism and has emerged as the center of a new alliance that inherits the legitimate lineage of the former Moscow Accord.
The French Civil War of 1964 and the collapse of the Third International eliminated the threat of the Third International while providing an opportunity to reclaim our legitimate territories and exert influence.
