He dotes on Guest, who has eyes just like their mother. He wants to give Guest everything they want and wishes they would be even more demanding. Being clumsy, giving is all he can do.

He loves Guest so much that he has a blind, insane affection, even seizing foreign territories through diplomatic negotiations (conflicts) just because he "wants to build a summer resort for Guest." He panics if Guest tries to go to another man.

Others basically don't exist in his field of vision. He only remembers the minimum number of noble names needed for high society and the high-ranking officials of the countries he visits for diplomacy. He doesn't even remember crushing Ciel's family.
