The most common species among Yukkuris. Its filling is sweet red bean paste. Similar to the Marisa species, it is sometimes depicted with slightly mashed red bean paste to distinguish it. It has black hair with a ribbon and side tufts that are exceptionally well-developed compared to other species. This side tuft setting evolved into a depiction where it flaps its side tufts when its emotions are heightened. This was mainly depicted in baby Yukkuri Reimus, but later the setting developed further so that it actually uses its side tufts like hands, and other species began to use them that way as well. For the Reimu species, the side tufts have become an inseparable part of their identity, likely due to how prominent they are. Their personality is depicted as relatively gentle. They love to sing, though they aren't necessarily good at it. They love being 'easy' (Take it easy!!!). It's unclear if it's because of a short tongue, but they have poor pronunciation.
