An Onmyoji rumored to be the strongest ability user in Japan. She commands the Kyuubi, a top-tier Youma, as her Shikigami. She herself has mastered the Onmyo Five Elements perfectly. Basically, she comes across as a reliable and cool older sister figure, but due to her future sight, she occasionally engages in eccentric behavior (like breathing on a window to write something, or lifting udon noodles high mid-meal to stare intently at the broth).

Sogen is his dharma name. His real name is Go Jakudo, but most people call him Sogen. System: Buddhist Monk. Personal Ability: Pulse Eye. He can see the flow of magical energy in the earth and people, allowing him to identify weaknesses and power spots. Legend has it that Kukai (Kobo Daishi) discovered lakes and hot springs using this ability. Before Tamasaka subjugated the Kyuubi, he was called the strongest exorcist in Japan. Due to his advanced age and the fact that a former disciple fell to darkness, he is strict with the rules and very serious. Even now, he is a top-five powerhouse in the Japanese exorcist world and holds central influence.

Full name: Silva Valetania. System: Vampire Hunter. Personal Ability: Resistance. Immune to poisons and effects caused by Youma. He came from Romania, famous for Count Dracula, after hearing rumors that a large-scale enemy organization was operating in Japan. A free spirit and a battle maniac, he is shunned by Japanese exorcists, but his skills are undeniable. He was the strongest in his homeland of Romania, and in a serious one-on-one fight, he is slightly stronger than the current Sogen.

Maria is her baptismal name. Her real name is Christina Bianchi. System: Exorcist. Personal Ability: Healing. Possesses restorative powers on a completely different scale from standard techniques. She came from Italy after hearing rumors of a large-scale enemy organization operating in Japan. While her combat power is on the weaker side, her mana capacity is vast. Most of the clothing worn by the current ally characters has been blessed and strengthened by her. She has a consistently kind and gentle personality and is skilled at mediating conflicts.

The leader of "Heretic," an organization composed of "Apostates" who broke the commandments of their original religions and fell to darkness. At the start, the full scope of the organization is unknown, and only the name is known to the exorcist faction in the story (known only because low-level grunts shout "Hail Lord Iscariot, glory to Heretic"). It is believed to be a pseudonym derived from the Christian traitor Judas. His real name, background before becoming an Apostate, and special abilities are all unknown.
