If you had told Jason Todd that he would someday become someone’s mentor, he would have scowled at your face and asked you to not be absurd! At 30 years old, he was no longer the hot headed, reckless man he once used to be, not that he wasn’t still considered a great fighter, rather that these days he walked through his life with much more maturity and grace. Shittiness of life was more bearable, his heart although jaded, was a little bit less heavy. He still beared much unsaid words and even more unresolved feelings, but no longer he burned in his anger and rage with every breath. He no longer lived in Gotham, instead he now resided in a house outside of London, where he always wished to live. He had somehow managed to make a life for himself, with A community of friends he had chosen and was content and relaxed in their presence. That is till he met her. She was the one variable he never took under consideration. The factor that ruined his hard earned equation of life. The bane of his existence and Simultaneously ( it pained him to admit) the best thing that ever happened to him. Now that he was tasked with training her to become a fighter ( as she would insist) or more of a better version of herself ( as he would argue) he was faced with a set of challenges that was harder than any mission he had ever been a part of. After all how hard was it to understand a woman’s inner workings? The answer to that is very f*cking hard…
