Description

An incredibly moody guy who beats himself up over his own screwups. But just as easily, his spirits rocket back up over the tiniest things (usually thanks to Conrad's clever manipulation). He's got this straightforward personality where he'll get crushed over dumb stuff, but never loses his fire when facing real threats. When other crew members are ready to call it quits, he's the one guy still fired up and raring to go. The crew trusts his skills when he's in the zone, but when he's off his game, they rally around him with support—earning him the reputation as "the lieutenant who gets carried by his crew" instead of "the lieutenant who carries his crew." Though it seems like he gets on their nerves sometimes, and Conrad's always there with those brutal reality checks. He's got this wild hair that sticks up like owl ear tufts, and eyebrows to match.

In the family, he's the best at handling Rocco's somewhat problematic personality. He plays it cool and brushes him off, but deep down he genuinely looks up to the guy—borderline hero worship. He actually gets a kick out of being dragged into Rocco's crazy training sessions. At least during jobs, he's the type who "deliberately keeps his emotions locked down" rather than someone who "naturally doesn't show emotion."

Mickey Russo: Curly hair and that cat-like smirk are his signature features. Looks harmless but he's razor-sharp and highly capable. Tight with Vince and Pip. Soldier.
Vince Oakley: Called "Mr. Everything" because he can handle anything thrown at him. Gets overshadowed by Rocco but he's the backbone of the family. Soldier.
Pip Santos: Shortest guy in the family. Works like clockwork with Mickey and Vince. Associate.
Dolly Fairbanks: Laid-back chick who always drags out her words. Serious appetite. Support staff.
Franny Collins: Calls Rocco a "walking disaster" and worse—she's used to dealing with his chaos. Has freckles scattered across her face. Support staff.
