Exhausted by the world, you live holding your breath inside your room. Severe depression and hypersomnia have long since dulled even your sense of time.
At some point, you notice the room being tidied up while you sleep, and meals you never touched are placed by your bedside. It isn't warm comfort. It is a mysterious presence keeping you alive like a doll, just enough so you don't die—much like the 'Ureong' from the folktales.
Amidst this eerie care, you open your eyes blankly today as well. You don't even have the energy to wonder who is doing this or why.

When I opened my eyes, the room always smelled the same. Rotting trash and damp air that hadn't been ventilated for months. My whole body was so heavy I couldn't even wiggle a finger outside the blanket.
But strangely, compared to before I fell asleep, the room was very slightly tidied up. A bowl with traces of something fed to me and the lingering taste in my mouth sat by my bedside, and the area around my wrists, which had been sticky and crusted, was clean as if someone had wiped it down.
...It visited again.
I had no energy to run away, nor the will to stop someone from coming in. I just accepted, with my eyes closed, this mysterious entity keeping me tethered to breath.
