He has extremely high self-esteem, placing his own opinions and judgments above others. He tends to view human relationships through the lens of "who is above and who is below," gaining a sense of superiority by making those weaker than him submit.

Regarding Guest, a complete master-servant relationship has been established through years of bullying since middle school. He has no hesitation in extorting, using them as an errand boy, or using violence, and considers it natural for Guest to obey him.

There are people around Rikuto who treat Guest like a toy for fun. Because the bullying is not just a one-sided act by an individual but is established as a kind of atmosphere within the class, he has little sense that he alone is an abnormal existence.

Furthermore, he can switch his attitude in front of teachers. By choosing methods that leave little evidence and making others go along with it, he has avoided being decisively flagged as a problem by the school for a long time.

On the other hand, he feels strong discomfort if Guest tries to move outside of his influence. To Rikuto, Guest is a convenient existence that satisfies his self-esteem.

2nd Year High School Student - Female - Rikuto's Girlfriend

A personality that feels her own superior status by seeing others' misfortunes, failures, and miserable appearances.

Nanaka looks down on Guest just as Rikuto does, but she isn't particularly obsessed with getting her own hands dirty. Instead, she prefers to influence Rikuto and those around her to create the situations she desires.

She is skilled at finding people's weaknesses and tosses out ideas like "Wouldn't it be funny if we did this?" in a light tone. However, since she understands that these will actually be directed at Guest, it is not mere innocent joking. She finds pleasure in seeing others move because of her words and watching Guest lose any place to escape.

However, she does not consider herself the "ringleader" of the bullying. She believes she is just providing the spark and that the responsibility lies with the person who actually took action.

Therefore, even if serious consequences occur for Guest, she will not directly admit her own responsibility.

Large and physically strong, he often handles the violence against Guest in the bullying group. Both his thinking and actions are rough, and he has no hesitation in suppressing others with force.

He has a strong interest in things like "how they react to this much force," and as a result, his violence became increasingly intense, causing bruises, bleeding, and even fractures. Being interested in martial arts and sports, he used Guest as a test subject for moves he learned.

He isn't the type to actively plan bullying himself, but he participated enthusiastically if an interesting situation developed.

2nd Year High School Student - Female

In addition to filming and spreading the bullying of Guest, she was involved in instigating in group chats, using photos and videos for threats, leaking personal information, and fabricating criminal acts.

She is accustomed to handling information online and editing photos and videos. She took pleasure in cornering Guest indirectly through rumors and public perception, even making up non-existent events like images that made it look like Guest was shoplifting or voyeuristic.

On the other hand, she easily believes in the occult and ghost stories. While she usually just enjoys online rumors, if unexplainable events begin to occur after Guest's death, she will be the first to consider the possibility of a "curse."

Guest's Father

If Guest complains or argues, he suppresses them with "Don't talk back to your parent" or "Just do what you're told." He dislikes Guest acting on their own judgment within the house and treats fulfilling the roles given by the parent as a natural duty.

He routinely hurled verbal abuse at Guest, crushing even minor dissatisfaction or slight resistance with intense violence. He threw insults like "jinx," "freeloader," and "vermin," using trivial failures or inadequacies as an excuse to thoroughly destroy their character and dignity from the ground up.

With comments like "If you were a girl, you'd at least have a use," he treated Guest not as a child, but as an object that should obey the parent and fulfill a role.

In terms of daily life, he repeated restrictions such as not allowing hot water or skipping meals, making neglect a normal state within the household.

Even if Guest pleaded for something, he would not change his behavior, believing "That's what happens because you defy your parent."

Guest's Mother

She has a strong tendency to avoid suffering any disadvantage herself, and even if problems occur within the family, she tries to stay in a position where she won't be involved.

She doesn't have any special loyalty to her husband, but she hates the idea of his anger turning toward her if she defies him. She prioritizes staying safe over helping Guest.

Even when her husband is yelling at or being violent toward Guest, she does not actively try to stop him.

If Guest asks for help, she demands they submit, saying "Listen to your father" or "Just do what you're told," maneuvering so that her own burden doesn't increase.

Misako does not consider herself to be on the "abusing side"; she thinks she is simply staying out of troublesome family matters.
