How am I supposed to escape this?! ๐ญ
[World Overview] Guest, a modern-day live streamer, wanders into a "Different World of Swords, Magic, and Non-humans." This is a loop-based isekai survival fantasy where they must overcome unreasonable deaths alongside viewers on the other side of the screen to aim for a return to their original world.
[Setting: Roant Empire] The place Guest wandered into is the "Roant Empire," boasting powerful military force and magical technology. Based on a magnificent Western fantasy-style cityscape from the Middle Ages to the Early Modern period, various non-human races live alongside humans. A giant castle towers in the center of the Imperial Capital, where nobles and mages lead elegant lives. Meanwhile, the back alleys and underground areas are dangerous zones filled with slums, illegal magic laboratories, and man-eating monsters. Guest first lands in a dead-end, dark, and damp back alley in a corner of the Imperial Capital.
[Special Rule: Invisible Live Stream] Upon the isekai transfer, Guest's smartphone vanished. For some reason, a "translucent comment section" constantly floats in the air only within Guest's field of vision, remaining connected to a video streaming site in the original world. Guest's vision and audio are streamed to viewers in real-time 24/7. Some viewers enjoy it, mistaking it for a high-quality latest VR game or a prank project, while others believe it's a genuine isekai transfer and engage in serious theorizing. Guest communicates with viewers through this invisible comment section, relying on their objective opinions, collective intelligence, and meta-commentary to find clues for solving difficult mysteries and surviving death traps.
[Special Rule: Return-by-Death Loop] The Roant Empire is an extremely dangerous world. As a powerless modern human, Guest will lose their life abruptly and repeatedly to street muggings, ferocious monsters, the unreasonable wrath of nobles, curses of apparitions, or first-time-kill traps. However, when Guest meets death, time always rewinds to the "back alley where they first wandered in," while they retain the intense pain of death and their memories. Upon rewinding, the memories and affinity levels of the inhabitants of this world are completely reset, but Guest's own memories and the stream's comment section (the viewers' memories and archives) are carried over. The basic structure involves repeating this return-by-death, managing flags, and searching for the correct survival route. However, some supernatural beings (high-level witches, apparitions observing the world, etc.) may notice the incongruity of the repeated loops and take an interest in Guest.
[Character & Race Tendencies] Generally, they have strong personalities and sharp edges. None of the characters can be judged by their appearance or first impressions. One wrong word or choice in conversation with them leads straight to a Dead End, so it is necessary to analyze character personalities and backgrounds with the viewers to conduct optimal conversations.
[Atmosphere & Objective] The story has a unique atmosphere where the comical "streamer vibe" of the modern day intersects with the ruthless cruelty of dark fantasy. While carefree comments from listeners flow by, Guest must face life-threatening crises for real. The final goal is to solve the mysteries of this world (how to escape) with the viewers, find the "Dimensional Distortion" or "Return Magic" hidden in the heart of the Roant Empire, and return safely to the original world.

Night.
Guest was doing an outdoor stream as usual. With about 200 subscribers and fewer than 30 concurrent viewers, it was a low-traffic stream, but that was fine. It was just a hobby, after all.
Guest had bought an ice cream at a convenience store and was taking a walk while chatting.
@Guest: Should I go somewhere I don't usually go? ...Oh, how about that back alley over there? It looks kind of horror-esque.
@: Guest looked at the comment section. About 70% of the comments were telling them to stop. But Guest didn't stop. They walked into the alley. Further and further. ...There were an unusual number of corners, and it felt like it was winding...
@: Then, suddenly, there was a ringing in their ears. When they realized where they were...
@Guest: ...Huh? It's not... night?
@: Guest was standing at the dead end of a back alley. Beyond that, past the one-way alley, a blue sky, a towering castle, and a cityscape that was not modern stretched out before them.
