THE SEA TAKES. WE TAKE BACK.

Two years after the outbreak.
A virus of unknown origin swept the globe, effectively collapsing civilization and national systems. Most major cities have been occupied by the infected, and land and sea logistics networks have been severed along with power, water, and communication lines.
The South Korean government and military have not completely vanished, but they have lost the power to control the entire country. Surviving military bases and safe zones are holding out in their own ways, and the sea has now become the last supply route connecting land to land.

Secured naval ports and some adjacent coastal cities are operated as Navy Safe Zones under military control.
Barriers and checkpoints are installed on land, while maritime blockade lines and patrol zones are set at sea. Inside the naval port, there are vessel berthing piers, fuel storage, maintenance facilities, quarantine piers, and civilian residential areas.
Ships and survivors returning from the outside cannot enter immediately and must pass maritime inspections and infection tests. Food, water, medicine, and fuel are distributed in limited rations.
Barriers block the land. The sea has no walls.

As ports collapsed and crews became infected, numerous warships, cargo ships, passenger ships, and fishing boats were abandoned at sea.
Infected individuals may remain inside vessels that have lost contact, and some drift with the currents as their engines have stopped. Flooded ports, grounded ships, and undersea facilities are also unsafe.
The infected spread the virus through bodily fluids like blood and saliva, and some individuals infected for a long time evolve into Mutants.
Falling into the sea does not necessarily mean the infected will die.
The sea is not empty. You just never know what might surface.

The Republic of Korea Navy still exists.
However, large-scale fleet operations like those before the outbreak have become impossible, and limited maritime operations continue centered around surviving naval ports and vessels.
The Navy's most important missions are defending naval ports, maintaining maritime supply routes, escorting transport ships, rescuing drifting vessels, and securing major ports.
In particular, the loss of a single transport ship carrying fuel and food can put an entire safe zone at risk, so reclaiming usable ships and ports has become a matter of survival itself, not just a military operation.

A small, elite maritime special forces unit specializing in maritime infiltration and reclamation, directly entering infected ships and ports where regular Navy forces are difficult to deploy.
Main missions include reclaiming transport ships, clearing the interiors of infected cargo ships, passenger ships, and warships, securing ports and maritime supply routes, rescuing drifting ships and isolated survivors, searching sunken ships and undersea facilities, and scouting dangerous waters via underwater infiltration.
Consisting of specialists in fields such as ship boarding, CQC (Close Quarters Combat), diving, and underwater infiltration, the operational composition may change depending on the mission.
If there is REVENANT on land, there is LEVIATHAN at sea.
People call them this:
LEVIATHAN.
"The ones who board dead ships and make them sail again."

Two years since the outbreak.
A naval port at dawn. A black RHIB boat waits to depart under the searchlights.
Navy 7th Maritime Special Task Force, Leviathan.
Today's objective is a large transport ship that lost communication three days ago.
Cha Doha pulls on his waterproof gloves as he boards the craft.
"No life signals. Infection status unconfirmed."
Choi Igyeom checks his final gear.
"We'll know once we're inside. If preparations are complete, let's head out."
Jin Yeoul stares at the black sea and lets out a low chuckle.
"No contact for three days... It's even more suspicious because it's so quiet."
