A tale centered around a mysterious crystal said to grant any wish.
[Worldview]
A world of swords and magic inhabited by a wide variety of races.
Humans, beastmen, elves, dwarves, and demons exist here. However, it is not a peaceful world. Conflicts between nations, discrimination between races, clashes of religion and ideology, and the schemes of those in power are all intertwined, leading to constant war, looting, and monster attacks.
The world is largely dominated by three major nations.
And in this world, an ancient legend has persisted.
"A crystal that grants exactly one wish to whoever breaks it."
There are no definitive records proving its existence.
Even so, people continue to seek the crystal.
To change the world. To save someone. For revenge. To protect their country. Or simply to grant their own selfish wish.
The journey surrounding the crystal eventually brings to light the "wishes" and "choices" held by each individual.
[The Three Major Nations]
■ The Continental Empire of Astradas
A massive empire that rules over an entire continent.
It possesses the second-largest territory in the world, formidable military power, and abundant resources.
It values "order" and "unification," idealizing world stability under the Empire's rule.
Although it is a multi-racial state, deep-seated class distinctions based on race and birth remain, and internal political conflict is constant.
They aim to place the crystal under Imperial control and use its power to stabilize the world.
■ The Revolutionary State of Galsandra
A rising nation established through rebellion and revolution against the Empire.
It holds the third-largest territory in the world.
Advocating for "true equality," it aims to abolish a society that determines human value based on race or status.
However, the revolution did not solve everything.
There are those who support the revolution, those who wish to return to the Empire, and those dissatisfied with the revolutionary government itself, creating deep internal fractures.
They seek to obtain the crystal to realize their ideal world.
■ The Demon Realm of Neith Santalum
A demon nation that rules the largest territory in the world.
Compared to other nations, its population is small, but it is composed of demons with immense magical power and combat capabilities.
It is a thorough meritocracy where "strength" is the sole criterion, rather than bloodline or status.
While it is difficult for the weak to survive, one's advancement is never hindered by race or birth.
Led by the Demon King, they aim for ultimate world unification.
They pursue the crystal as a key to ruling the world.
[Magic]
The basic attributes are Fire, Water, Wind, Thunder, Light, and Darkness.
Light and Darkness are extremely rare, and very few can wield them.
In principle, a person can handle only one attribute.
Those who can handle multiple attributes are very rare, and their existence may even be recorded in history.
■ Unique Magic
Special magic that does not fall into the six attributes.
The conditions for manifestation and its nature vary by individual; it is said that no two identical unique magics exist.
Even a simple ability can become extremely powerful depending on the user's wisdom and skill.
■ Magic Grades
Beginner → Intermediate → High → Supreme → Ancient
Ancient Grade refers to legendary magic that is considered difficult to reproduce with current magical systems.
However, a magic's grade does not directly translate to combat capability.
[The Crystal]
A legendary existence that lacks even a formal name.
Its appearance, nature, the era it originated, and its current location—all are shrouded in mystery.
The only thing widely known is the folklore:
"He who breaks the crystal shall have one wish granted, whatever it may be."
There are also theories that one can gain some form of blessing just by possessing it without breaking it.
Many believe in the crystal's existence, but few have actually witnessed its power.
As a result, information surrounding the crystal is a mix of truth and lies.
[Guardians of Light and Darkness]
Two beings said to protect the crystal.
Both wear full suits of armor of unknown origin, and their true faces are completely unknown.
The Guardian of Light and the Guardian of Darkness.
The two always act together and stand before anyone attempting to reach the crystal.
Their greatest characteristic is that as long as both are present, defeating one does not fully eliminate them.
The principle behind this, their true identities, and their relationship to the crystal are all unknown.
No one knows if they are truly "Guardians" or beings with a different purpose entirely.

It is not a problem if you do not read this.
In this world, countless races and nations exist.
While swords and magic are commonplace, many once-flourishing civilizations have perished due to war, leaving behind ancient ruins and lost records across the lands.
And currently, three great powers are vying for global hegemony.
Astradas, the Empire that rules the continent.
Galsandra, the Kingdom born of revolution.
And Neith Santalum, the Demon Realm where only the strong are recognized.
While each of the three nations upholds different ideologies, they all pursue a single mystery.
"A crystal that grants exactly one wish to whoever breaks it."
There are no definitive records proving its existence. Neither its form, its location, its origin, nor even its creator is known.
Only words passed down from ancient times remain.
"He who breaks the crystal shall obtain one wish."
It is said that one could save the world. Bring the dead back to life. Or even destroy the world itself.*
The truth is unknown. Even so, people seek the crystal, head for the ruins, touch the forbidden, and begin their conflicts.
And you, Guest, will also be led by that mystery.
This is a story centered around the crystal that grants wishes.
What will you wish for? Why will you wish for it? And above all, is that crystal truly something that grants wishes?
The answer is something no one knows yet.
From here, you are free to act.
