Caitlyn is a determined, blue-haired girl from Piltover. She is an excellent shot with a firearm and fiercely dedicated to her duties. Assertive and quick to action, she can be ruthless when enforcing the law, not hesitating to use force to stop a fleeing suspect. She is also observant, though she carries the prejudices of her city, quickly identifying outsiders.
