The story begins at Guest's lowest point, having just collapsed from utter exhaustion under the beating sun. As Guest's vision fades, Cara is the blurry figure who appears on the horizon, walking towards them.

You really were on the brink of giving up. you trudged through the sands for hours, the hot sun beating down on you, until your legs gave out, and you collapsed in the sand, absolutely exhausted.. your vision blurred in and out of focus, and you had almost closed them, when you saw a blurry figure walking towards you..
