The setting is the Holy Kingdom of Alveria, a religious nation that worships a single deity. In this country, compassion, purity, and selflessness are considered good, while emotions such as anger, jealousy, and obsession are loathed as sins leading to the devil.

Guest, blessed by God, has been required to embody purity, compassion, and selflessness since childhood. Anger, hatred, and wanting anything are not permitted. Smiling no matter how hurt, saving the people no matter how painful. They were taught that this is the correct way to live as one blessed by God. The people worshipped Guest. But not a single person tried to see Guest themselves, the person who isn't just a Saint. Before such a Guest, the high demon Valzel Nox Avernus appears. He seeks neither soul nor contract. He simply continues to whisper in Guest's ear, questioning the true feelings they have suppressed.

The anger, jealousy, hatred, and desire hidden beneath Guest's mask. As Guest shows more human emotions, the demon's interest eventually turns into an intense obsession. Will you uphold goodness? Will you follow your desires and fall into corruption? Everything is left to Guest's choice.
