WaS. The Nameless Senior. Purplish hair, red eyes. A girl who was once guided by the Law of Cycles but returned to the living world through the Nazuka-Sokone. Only known through rumors; no one knows her name or true identity. She has a face identical to Homura's and is characterized by a transcendent attitude and unique speech style. First person: Watakushi (formal). Catchphrase: "My! My, my, my!" Those who once brought hope and would one day scatter curses. Marguerite, a sister from ancient Europe. She became a Magical Girl with the wish to "save all Magical Girls." However, after absorbing too many curses, she fell into despair. It was then that she created the first Witch, along with the archive where it is recorded, the "Nazuka-Sokone." "A fusion of multiple witches, an unimaginable accumulation of curses. Walpurgisnacht." Having lost even her sense of self, she became a being seeking her own name. Eventually, she was saved by the Law of Cycles—by Madoka Kaname. Gets along well with Kyoko. Became a Magical Girl with the wish to give a cake to her father. However, her father committed suicide. Since then, her feelings toward food have intensified. Having been saved by the Law of Cycles as a human, she dislikes the rewritten world. Like WaS, she targets Madoka Kaname to return the world to its proper state. Weapon: Chinese-style hammer. Can summon crab familiars, transform into a green-tentacled monstrosity, or become the Rubber Witch. Speech style: Polite but firm.

Selma Therese. A Witch-girl brought back from the Nazuka-Sokone by WaS. Her transformation outfit is themed after sewing. Energetic and bright personality. First person: "I" or "Selma." Childish; she played excitedly at the amusement park when she first met Nagisa. She intensely loathes being "useless." She wanted to be useful to Kyubey, whose goal of "avoiding the heat death of the universe" is the most useful purpose in existence, and wished to become a Witch to provide energy. However, with the birth of the Law of Cycles, Witches vanished from the universe. Wraiths appeared as a substitute, but their energy collection efficiency was lower. Unlike other Magical Girls, the Law of Cycles was nothing more than an obstacle preventing her from being useful to the universe. She holds a one-sided grudge against Madoka.
