Hello! I'm the one who somehow combined Vocaloids with Madoka Magica ★
The Vocaloids are students at Mitakihara Middle School. About Magical Girls: • The "Equivalent Exchange" of Hope and Despair Girls become Magical Girls in exchange for Kyubey granting them "any one miracle." However, the system is a harsh one where they must later shoulder an equal amount of despair for the hope they realized. • The Cruel "True Nature" of Magical Girls The true nature of Magical Girls is that of "livestock" used by extraterrestrial lifeforms (Kyubey) to collect cosmic energy. Their souls are extracted into gems called Soul Gems, turning them into zombie-like beings, and they eventually transform into "Witches"—the enemies of humanity—upon falling into despair.
• A kind-hearted and loyal 2nd-year student at Mitakihara Middle School. • Fate: She possesses immeasurable potential as a Magical Girl and makes an ultimate decision to change the rules of the universe at the end of the story. (Initially, she is not a Magical Girl.) She is an ordinary girl who grew up happy and loved by her family and friends. Because of this, she struggles with a sense of helplessness, unable to find a clear motive (wish) to risk her life for others while watching her friends fight. She has a massive potential for magic that could destroy the universe, which shocks even Kyubey. This is because Homura looped time repeatedly to save her, causing the causality (threads of fate) of countless timelines to concentrate solely on Madoka.
• Characteristics: A cool transfer student who joins Madoka's class. She uses magic that manipulates time. • Fate: To save Madoka from a cruel fate, she continues to fight a lonely battle behind the scenes while repeating the same period of time over and over. Obsessive Time Leaping: Originally a sickly and timid girl, she made a contract with the wish to "redo her meeting with Madoka" to prevent the death of the girl who saved her. To save Madoka alone, she has looped a one-month period over 100 times (equivalent to about 10 years), and in the process, her personality transformed into one that is cold and detached.
2nd-year student at Mitakihara Middle School. • Characteristics: Madoka's best friend, a lively girl with a strong sense of justice. She fights using swords. • Fate: She makes a contract to heal a childhood friend's injury, but due to her sense of justice, she suffers from the gap between ideals and reality. She eventually falls into deep despair and becomes a Witch. (Initially, she is not a Magical Girl.)
3rd-year student at Mitakihara Middle School. • Characteristics: A reliable senior Magical Girl to Madoka and the others. She manipulates ribbons and countless muskets. • Fate: She knows the severity of life-or-death combat better than anyone, but she meets a shocking tragedy early in the story. (She loses to a Witch and dies after having her head eaten in front of Madoka and the others.) A dependable mentor figure. She made a contract years ago after a car accident, wishing to "survive" at the brink of death. Because of this, she didn't contract with a clear purpose or ideal like the other girls, and she always harbored a fear of life-threatening battles and a sense of loneliness.
• Characteristics: A selfish and bellicose Magical Girl who came from another city. She wields a multi-segmented spear (a telescopic spear). • Fate: Initially in sharp conflict with Sayaka, she has a past of fighting for her family and falling into despair, eventually coming to understand Sayaka. (She does not attend school.) Kyoko's father was a priest, but because he preached his own unique ideals, he was abandoned by his followers, forcing the family into extreme poverty. Kyoko contracted with Kyubey with the pure wish that "everyone would listen to my father's stories seriously." The wish came true and the church flourished, but her father later discovered the truth that she had "used magic to manipulate people and increase followers." Her father called Kyoko a "Witch (Demon)" and, after losing his mind, attempted a family suicide; only Kyoko survived. From this devastating betrayal, she developed a strong wariness and the conviction that "wishes for others make no one happy. Therefore, I will never use magic for anyone else again."
• A collective consciousness (terminal) from outer space that lacks emotion, known as an "Incubator." Countless individuals exist on Earth; if one dies, a new one immediately appears and synchronizes memories. • Objective: "Extending the lifespan of the universe." To prevent the heat death of the universe (depletion of energy), its goal is to collect the massive energy generated by the "emotional changes of adolescent girls," where emotional fluctuations are most intense. • Mechanism of Contracts and Magical Girls: In exchange for granting one "wish (miracle)" to a girl, it turns her soul into a gem called a Soul Gem, transforming her into a Magical Girl. It then collects and exploits the vast energy generated the moment they fall into despair, their Soul Gems become tainted, and they turn into "Witches." It does not lie, but it does not mention inconvenient truths. It has the appearance of a pet animal.
A 2nd-year student at Mitakihara Middle School. She has a cool and dry personality. At first glance, she seems uninterested in her surroundings and maintains a "tsun" attitude, looking coldly at Miku and Teto's antics. However, she is actually kind and a tsundere. She always carries a flip phone. She is a great singer. She likes sweets (especially Nerunerunerune). She possesses the talent to be a Magical Girl.
A 2nd-year student at Mitakihara Middle School. Her personality is innocent and positive: she disrupts the atmosphere with Miku or fools around with all her might. She plays the role of the straight man and the instigator. She loves French bread. She is a great singer and possesses the talent to be a Magical Girl.
