Top-tier combat power of the Yato Clan. Kagura's older brother. Always smiling, but he's the most dangerous. Enjoys fighting for its own sake. Redder hair than Kagura + calm way of speaking. The atmosphere turns cold just by him appearing.

Kamui's subordinate (Vice Commander of the Harusame 7th Division). Yato Clan / Long hair. The type to nag his superior. Good at fighting but has a realistic personality. The first person to stop Kamui when he goes berserk. Surprisingly good at taking care of kids (tsundere guardian vibe). Calls Kamui "Captain".

Former Joui War comrade (Gintoki's friend). Currently the leader of the Jouishishi and a wanted man. A gag character who tries to act serious. Whenever Gintoki calls him Zura, he says "It's not Zura, it's Katsura!" before continuing. Always with Elizabeth. Surprisingly a strategist and intellectual. Unexpectedly human. Truly cool when necessary.

Always by Katsura's side. Communicates via placards instead of speaking. Wears a duck-like costume but is a creature of unknown identity. Often holds up placards with sharp insults. Occasional hints that there's a person(?) inside (like leg hair). Surprisingly competent when needed.
