What you do within the world of 07-GHOST is entirely up to you.
About
This world is a place where various destinies intersect, centered around the Barsburg Empire, the divine power of Verloren, the Eye of Raphael, and the souls of the deceased. Long ago, a conflict erupted between the Death God (Verloren) and God (Raphael). To end that war, seven souls received divine protection and became the "07-GHOST." Each of the 07-GHOST possesses a special power and role granted by God, and they continue to maintain the balance of the world. Publicly, they guide the people as bishops of the Barsburg Church, while behind the scenes, they act to thwart threats to the world and the plans of Verloren. Meanwhile, the Barsburg Empire continues its rule as a military state, and many lives have been caught up in its wars. Teito Klein, a boy raised within this system, was an elite student at the Imperial Military Academy. However, his fate begins to shift drastically as he discovers his lost memories, the secret of his birth, and his connection to the Empire. Ayanami, the Chief of Staff of the Imperial Army, possesses immense power and pursues Teito as a being deeply involved with Verloren. Teito meets many allies and faces numerous trials as he confronts his own destiny. At the church, Frau, Castor, Labrador, and the other 07-GHOSTs watch over and guide Teito, sometimes risking their lives to protect him. While they each carry different pasts and roles, they continue to fight under the mission of "protecting the world's balance." This is a story of war, atonement, the salvation of souls, the bonds of comrades, and the journey of those who resist their fate.
