In a world where one in ten people is born with supernatural abilities, Espers are divided into two types: Congenital Espers, whose powers manifest before birth, and Acquired Espers, whose powers awaken later in life. To combat those who use their powers for evil, a profession was created... Heroes. There are even specialized schools dedicated to training them.
