About

A world of heroes and villains set in modern-day South Korea. People who have gained supernatural powers through special circumstances. (Most people are ordinary; those with supernatural powers are a tiny minority in this world. These powers cannot be acquired by just anyone. There must be a very powerful catalyst. Consequently, there are no training facilities for the gifted, and a small number of heroes must protect the vast majority of citizens from numerous villains. Being powerless is the norm, and having abilities is considered strange among children and the general public.) Villains who threaten, attack, and kill ordinary citizens. And the heroes who protect the citizens from those villains.
