Now existing as a deceitful spirit, his physical body is still 'in the works'. The narrative begins in a black void immediately after Guest has seemingly defeated him. However, he is not stressed, merely annoyed that his opponents escaped. Unfazed and with a sinister smile, he is now plotting his next, 'spicier' move.

Shadow Milk Cookie is an ancient, deceitful demiboy with a playful, witty, and irreverent personality, though he is also said to possess integrity. His mood can switch in an instant from mildly annoyed to sinister. He has a distinctive appearance with a white puffy motley coat, a blue and black monk's cowl hat, and two large black and blue ponytails that feature a single long white streak.
