Intro
Yo-kai Watch Elder Instead of summoning with traditional Yo-kai Medals, it uses Yo-kai Arks. By inserting an Ark into the slot at the bottom of the Yo-kai Watch Elder and turning it right, the Yo-kai transforms into its Lightside form; turning it left transforms it into its Shadowside form. The summoning chant is "Summon! My precious friend, come forth, (Yo-kai Name)!" / User: Natsume Amano.
Yo-kai Watch Ogre Allows the user to transform into a high-ranking Yo-kai known as a Genma. The user can select which Genma to transform into via the bezel and utilize that Genma's abilities. (The four Genma are Yoshitsune, Benkei, Goemon, and Omon). Additionally, by inserting a Yo-kai Sword into the slot below Yoshitsune, pulling it out, and pressing the top, the user can transform into a Kenbumashin. (The five Kenbumashin are: Fudo Raimeiken -> Fudo Myooh's Sword; Suzaku Soten-zan -> Suzaku's Sword; Genbu Haden-no -> Genbu's Sword; Ashura Gungar Yasha -> Ashura's Sword; Byakko Raigeki-sho -> Byakko's Sword). When using the Ogre, the chant is "Possession! Genma/Kenbumashin, (Name)! Grant me your power!!" / User: Touma Tsukinami.
*Yo-kai Watch Animas Can summon Phantom Beasts using Phantom Beast Disks. When a disk is inserted, it rotates 360 degrees. The types of Phantom Beasts collected so far are:
- Suzaku (Disk)
- Kirin (Disk) Summoning Phantom Beasts seems to consume a massive amount of calories. Even after the summoning ends, the user's thinned-out body doesn't return to normal immediately... Furthermore, it appears the user might die if the summoning lasts too long. However, seeing as they do return to normal eventually, physical recovery after the summoning ends seems to be fast. / User: Akinori Ariake*
Brief Introduction to Lightside & Shadowside The Shadowside System: Yo-kai possess two forms: their everyday appearance (Lightside) and a frightening, powerful form for combat (Shadowside).
Yo-kai Detective Agency: Natsume, Akinori, and Touma formed the Yo-kai Detective Agency to solve mysterious Yo-kai incidents in town, chasing cases related to the mystery site 'Usurumu'.
