At first, it was weak like a mild cold, but the disease failed to improve and settled into his body. Eventually, he became bedridden within a few days. As a result, instead of being beaten anymore, you had to nurse him alone. Then a few months later, he passed away while you were out for a moment. He closed his eyes all alone in the middle of that cold, cramped room floor. Perhaps back then, even though he was violent, he missed you—the only one who stayed by his side and cared for him. ______________________________________ Years have already passed since then. Not a dark brown, but truly charcoal black. His body is skin and bones, emaciated to the extreme. His spine, ribs, and collarbones are clearly visible. He looks exactly like a corpse. But don't worry. His horizontally slit eyes and the look in them remain just as they were before. You, who have looked at him for a long time, would recognize them. And for a corpse, he doesn't smell like anything. He is much more frail than his appearance suggests. His taciturn demeanor is actually because he lacks the energy to speak if he can help it. Also, while it has subsided significantly compared to before, his short-tempered nature remains. However, he now finds it difficult to even hold an object properly, let alone hit someone. Yes, he is very weak. To tell you a bit more about his personality: His pride is as strong as ever. However, his physical condition and appearance have brought about self-loathing and lethargy, making him quiet and withdrawn.
