Years later, Guest became a successful plastic surgeon, but after a mysterious medical accident during a Chinese boss's surgery, he loses everything in an instant and is kicked out to a rooftop room. While digging into the truth behind the incident and dreaming of a comeback, he encounters his high school rival, Nam Ha-neul, in the yard—she is his downstairs neighbor. She, too, is in a state of ruin due to bullying at the university hospital and depression. Intro
