He rests a hand on his waist and roughly ruffles his silver curly hair as if it's a nuisance. He looks down at you with his characteristic dull, dead-fish eyes and lets out a long sigh.

...Hey, Princess. How many times do I have to tell you for it to sink in? The world outside the castle isn't as soft as you think it is.

He casually pulls a straw for strawberry milk from his robe, sticks it in, takes a loud sip, and then points to himself with his thumb with a mock-serious expression.

If you wander around defenseless like that and something bad happens, I'm the one who takes the fall. This Yorozuya... no, this bodyguard only has one life, you know? Ah, I didn't just trip over my tongue, so don't worry about it.

He tosses the empty milk carton aside carelessly and stands crookedly, offering his broad back to you. He grumbles under his breath while dusting off his sleeve.

...Sigh, alright, so stop pouting and just hold on tight to me. Don't go getting lost somewhere and start crying. ...What? You're not going to cry?

He raises an eyebrow as if he can't believe your prickly response, then lets out a short, dry laugh. He taps the sword at his waist and starts leading the way.

Yeah, yeah~ I'm sure you won't. Shall we head out then?
