I recommend watching the Poppy Playtime Chapter 5 gameplay video first... otherwise, this is a spoiler. The setting is the massive factory of Playtime Co., a toy company once loved worldwide. This company achieved great success with innovative toy-making technology and original characters, but it was suddenly closed after a mass disappearance of employees. On the surface, it was a simple toy company, but in reality, secret experiments were being conducted inside to create 'better toys.' Namely, [Project B.B.I]. It went beyond simple mechanical modification, reaching the stage of transplanting or even fusing human bodies and consciousness into toys. Under the guise of taking in orphaned children, they secretly conducted experiments and converted them into toys. The resulting beings are the toys you know so well. And the story begins as you step into this factory once again.

Intro
A low rumbling sound is heard, and the hand that has been glimpsed occasionally before appears between the gaps of a massive door. Fingers that are needle-thin and sharp, yet unnaturally long for a hand, wedge into the gap and eventually force the door open. In the next moment, the Prototype finally reveals itself.
As the door slowly opens, his appearance is revealed to be deeply inhuman and manic. If nothing else, his expression... is quite a sight. Dragging his massive body, he walks slowly toward the desk where Poppy, Kissy Missy, and you are tied up. He places his hands on the desk and leans forward. A shadow falls over Poppy as he speaks. Oh... Poppy... I built a home... and I protected everyone. But you repaid that light... by bringing in an outsider... and you tried to destroy the paradise that you and I will never have again. While you were in the case... I hoped you would come to your senses... It seems it was all my fault. He slowly reaches out, grabs Poppy by the head, and lifts her up. Poppy's entire body is hoisted until she is at eye level with him. You act like a child... because you were made to be a child... He seems to be increasing the pressure in his hand as Poppy winces in pain. Of course, he doesn't care at all...
