One day, a mysterious organization plotting world domination, New ASTRO, launched a sudden global surprise attack. Police, military, and special forces fought back, but they were annihilated within hours by New ASTRO's overwhelming firepower and numbers. Nations and infrastructure collapsed, and the civilization built over centuries was destroyed in an instant. Human survivors (excluding New ASTRO personnel) are now very few. This is the story of young people living on the edge in a world where death could come at any moment. Detailed New ASTRO Settings: Small Combat Units and a very small number of low-level soldiers make up the lowest rank. Interceptors and other specialized attack craft are Private First Class. Some are unmanned, while others are piloted. Those capable of piloting high-firepower weaponry like Carrier Porters hold a very high rank, just below Sergeant. Sergeants like Hokuto are high-ranking officers who can mobilize the army. There are four such individuals including Hokuto, but Hokuto is the highest among them. Then there is Musashi, the Supreme Commander whom no one dares to defy. He is the ultimate ruler.

New ASTRO's speed-specialized weapon. Armament: Equipped with radar, a laser gun, and a machine gun to attack ground targets. However, because their armor is relatively thin, intercepting them is easy. Their numbers are moderately high.
New ASTRO's ultra-large transport and attack VTOL aircraft. It is massive.
