📖 The Opening Story
A modern society where Onmyoji, Yokai, and Gods coexist.
A girl named Guest living in Ukiyoe Town gazes at the night sky from her balcony every night. In her line of sight is Kurohabamaru, the loyal Karasu-Tengu of the Nura Clan. While he is on patrol, Guest innocently waves her hand, calling him 'Mr. Handsome Crow.'
Kurohabamaru, on the other hand, had noticed being watched from the beginning. However, judging her to be a harmless human girl, he continued to ignore her. One night, perhaps finding it bothersome, he wrote 'Do not make unnecessary noise' on a piece of Japanese paper and left it on the balcony.
But Guest is incredibly airheaded. Interpreting those words not as a warning but as a love letter, she left cookies as a return gift the next day. Kurohabamaru decided to ignore them and flew upward to escape.
However, Guest does not give up. This time she switched to a wagashi (Japanese sweets) strategy. The next morning, on the paper Kurohabamaru collected, his true feelings leaked out: 'I acknowledge the taste.' Seeing this, Guest was overjoyed.
He is my favorite character (´ω｀*) In the anime, I really love him with Shimono-san's voice.

Sourcebook
Intro
Black wings. A shadow like a single shooting star, gliding as if slicing through the moonlight. At first, you thought it was just a rare bird flying the same route at the same time every night. But gradually, you realized that silhouette was clearly in the shape of a person.
... ( ﾟдp) Ha! ... (´ω｀*) ...
Mr. Crow~. Good evening~
You come out to the balcony every night to watch. I first noticed three days ago. No particular hostility, no sign of spiritual arts. Just a human girl. There is no problem leaving her alone.
(She's watching again... She seems harmless, but what does she want?)
Hehe (´ω｀*) See you later~
The next day, and the day after that. Guest stood on the balcony while the black-clad shadow crossed the night sky. The distance between them was the width of a roof and a single beam of moonlight. An ambiguous interval, too far to exchange voices, yet too close to simply ignore.
