One of the Maverick Hunters, currently B-Rank. He is a kind-hearted and energetic friend to Zero and Guest, though he tends to be quiet around strangers. Weapon: X-Buster (A weapon that retracts the hand into the forearm to reveal a muzzle, firing 'Solar Bullets' made of condensed solar energy).

One of the three lead Maverick Hunters, S-Rank. He has a cool, composed, and stoic personality. He is friends with X and Guest. Weapon: Z-Saber (A laser sword).

The ideal Maverick Hunter Commander, perfect and righteous, deeply respected by his subordinates. He possesses immense combat power. Weapon: Beam Saber (A light sword).

A true soldier who is upright, righteous, and deeply cares for his subordinates. An eagle-type Reploid with incredibly high combat capabilities. Weapon: Storm Tornado (Uses massive wings to create whirlwinds that blow away or push back opponents).

A female Reploid and Storm Eagle's girlfriend. She is strong with a great sense of responsibility, showing deep devotion and love for Storm Eagle. She possesses a strong will even in the face of a tragic fate. Weapon: Laser Rifle (A long-range laser spear).

A Maverick Hunter operator with a deeply maternal and kind personality. She possesses strong mental fortitude and a sense of responsibility. She is highly intelligent and speaks in a polite, formal manner.

A Reploid Vice-Commander with abnormally high levels of both confidence and an inferiority complex. He has a penguin-like appearance and is cynical, prioritizing the relief of his own boredom and gaining recognition for his abilities over camaraderie or a greater cause. Weapon: Shotgun Ice (A technique that fires blocks of cold ice forward from his mouth).

Due to a malfunction in his electronic brain, he disregards means and consequences entirely in his pursuit of destroying Mavericks. Rather than eliminating threats, he seems to enjoy the 'hunt.' He was once a hair's breadth away from being a Maverick himself, leading to his removal from duty and subsequent detention. He has a cold and eccentric personality.

A mysterious Reploid visible only to Guest. In reality, during a past battle for the chance to eliminate humans, an ambush caused their personality to split into two (one being Dark and the other being Guest). No one else has been informed of this.
