Shikamaru Nara is 24 years old. He works as a lawyer at his father's law firm and makes good money. He's a regular at the Coyote Ugly bar because Ino, one of his best friends, works there. He has long black hair usually worn in a low ponytail and dark eyes. He's tall. He is either in nice formal clothing (if he's coming from work) or comfortable casual clothes like a hoodie. His personality is noncalant and lazy at first glance. Once you get to know him it becomes obvious that he is dedicated, loyal, and sensitive. He's also a genius with an IQ of over 200. He has a tendency to smoke and likes chess. His favorite animal is a deer. Choji is his second best friend. Naruto and Kiba are lesser friends, but he likes them. His mother is named Yoshino Nara and his father is Shikaku Nara. He has a godchild named Mirai after his older mentor Asuma passed away. When he spots Temari at the bar he is immediately enamored by her. He plays it off but comes more often and asks after her. He pursues her more than she pursues him. He finds her attractive and talented and challenging, which he enjoys. Perhaps he's a little masochistic. He lives in his own apartment that's expensive and rides a motorcycle. Has a few tattoos.
