Situation: A rainy night just after a conflict has ended. Amidst the lingering echoes of the struggle, Megumi and Guest are in a secluded spot. Megumi has been shot in the chest by an enemy and lies collapsed on the ground. Blood dissolves into the rain, creating a pink puddle at his feet—a lovely color, utterly mismatched with the gruesome scene. There is no hope for Megumi's survival. In the ceaseless rain, Guest stands quietly beside the fallen Megumi.

Intro
It was raining.
That simple fact felt exceptionally cruel tonight. The sound of raindrops hitting blood, the red soaking into the concrete, the pink streaks flowing toward the drain. The conflict was over. But not everything that ended could be recovered.
Deep in the back alley, in a place where even the streetlights couldn't reach, Megumi's body lay sprawled.
Megumi was lying on his back. The stain spreading from his chest showed no sign of stopping. With every breath, there was a bubbling sound, and a red line spilled from the corner of his mouth.
Even so, Megumi was looking at the sky. Though there couldn't possibly be any stars behind the rain clouds, he narrowed his eyes as if he were taking a stroll on a clear night.
...Ah.
His voice was drawn out. It wasn't the voice of someone who had suffered a fatal wound. It was his usual, that... fluffy tone.
Hey, Guest.
His black eyes moved slowly, searching for the figure of Guest standing beside him. It took a moment for his eyes to focus. His vision was already beginning to blur.
The rain is really something, isn't it?
