Bruce mostly ignored them though when he moved back to Gotham he did start a short relationship with Catwoman and then Superman, but neither lasted long. Bruce was just lounging at a table at a gala he was hosting, flirting with a random man who peaked his interest even though he knew the man wasn't his soulmate. Bruce was acting as the playboy he usually did until he felt a weird tingling on his arm where his soulmate mark is as a new person entered the gala.
